Had my main meal earlier of the last of donover bbq ribs and simple side salad. Will have Greek yogurt and cherries later tonight.

Raised my glass of moo juice to Shaggy. Have thought of him and his family a million times today. :(

We had rib eye steak with broccoli and cheese tots for dinner. Perhaps there was a glass of Pinot Grigio......
I make DH what I call Hot Fudge Sundae for dessert. There is no hot fudge or sundae involved. It is sugar free chocolate pudding, greek yogurt, berries and sugar free cool whip. He thinks he is living large when I put a pecan on top. Between the both of us, we have lost 70 pounds since last August. Not easy and surely not fun. But his Diabetes is under control.

Going to Dewey’s Sports Bar for dinner tonight with more of George’s family where I will raise my glass of barley pop or two for Shaggy John.

I'm going to make a stir fry of grilled marinated London broil strips and a bag of Birds Eye protein veg over riced cauliflower with some type of sauce I'll come up with...prob peanut sauce. We don't usually eat until 730ish, so we're out on the front porch having a glass of wine while Levi eats his dinner outside with us. Raising my glass to Shaggy. It's getting darker out. There's a small tstorm showing on radar to be here soon.

Way to go, Maryanne. I once lost that much all myself - 7 years ago. Unfortunately, I've gained a bit over 1/2 of it back. No willpower... thus my dinner menu.....

Baked Ziti for TJ and I. Just meatsauce over pasta for Matthew. Salads on the side.

Nice to see you on the dinner thread. :D So are the mint m&m's milk chocolate or dark chocolate?? I've been craving chocolate and/or ice cream. Thank God neither is in the house.
