They are working on a new drink menu at Horizons at Amsterdam Manor. I helped with the last one on the menu.

Looking forward to being back again this fall!

I would like to just work my way down their Mojito list and try them all....and then crawl back to my room.

Carol - are we going to be there at the same time again this year since you usually go in Oct? (Or did I already ask you this and you were changing up travel plans this year?)

Never trust a drink menu that doesn't list prices. Or one that X's out drinks.

It's a license to ripoff.

Would you order at a restaurant that didn't have prices on their menus.

It's very smooth and the champagne (bubbles) adds a nice effervescence. I had one in the U.S. that I loved (except it was blackberry) so we've been working to recreate it.

Ann - will we see you end of Sept/early Oct for happy hour at the bulletin board party?

We will be there 10/13 - 10/27. Hope you will be there then, it has been too long. How was your trip to Ireland? Would love to hear about it!

Shoot! I am going to miss you by a few days. :(

Ireland was fantastic - in all of the countries we have visited over the years it has to be THE friendliest (and it's beautiful, too!) Will have to send you video some time of our falconry triumphs (and outtakes - LOL!) - falconry is big in Ireland. I think you should change your Aruba trip dates to a week earlier.....

I can go for this drink..basically a cosmo with a splash of sparkling wine! Sounds like what the Italians call their negroni sbagliato when prosecco is added by ‘accident’. Yummm.

Advisory: Negronis, with or without a splash of prosecco should not be taken on an empty stomach. Delicious though they may be. LOL.

I am guessing you are speaking from experience. I will definitely listen to your warning so I can find my room later on.

Absolutely! First saw this ordered in Milan by a guy going to work early one morning (‘hair of the dog’ situation?)and asked the owner what it was. Tried one and needed to go lay down.
