Several people have reported losing a long Trip or Restaurant Report after typing it in online.

Do not stay online for a long period of time while typing. The system is designed to recognize inaction and will close your connection after about 30 minutes. "Inaction" includes simply typing online without hitting the "Submit" button.

In a situation like this, your work will be lost for good.

Instead, type your report in a word processor or text editor on YOUR computer. When finished, save it, copy it and paste it into the Bulletin Board page.
