Chalet Suisse returned from their vacation later than they have the prior 2 years - so, many of our friends at CLBR didn't get to go. The place was packed as usual. We had made reservations for a table at the left side, but the host (assume it was the owner since Bennie was not back yet) said left side was completely filled up. So, we sat on the other side in a booth. DW had a Aruba Ariba and I had a Manhattan, For entrees DW had the Shrimp Provencal and I had the pan fried Grouper. On this trip, we had the real McCoy Grouper, so I wanted to see if the CS Grouper was the real deal. Sad to say, it wasn't. Not sure what it was, but it tasted good. There's only a handful of places in Aruba where you can get real Grouper. We shared a bottle of Peppoli Chainti. Despite the Grouper issue, we still had a wonderful dinner.
