We took this dinner cruise two times during our two weeks. Last year, we did the afternoon snorkeling cruise.

They start off with champagne at the dock, as they get the boat ready. As you board, they have tables set up for each group of people, both times we had about 20 people on board. The crew is friendly, the boat is huge and clean, and they let us know that they are there to take care of us, and the boat is ours for the evening.

There is top shelf liquor, wine and beer, and they go out of their way to make whatever you desire. The first cruise, my wife finally saw the "green flash" as the sun set - after years of telling me I was crazy and that there was no such thing.

Dinner on both cruises consisted of a four course meal, prepared right before us. First course was ceviche, second was Creole Shrimp salad, main course was beef tenderloin with lobster mousse and vegetables, dessert was an Aruban flan (best flan I ever had). They have top shelf liquors, beer and wine, and will make you pretty much any drink you desire.

We had never done an Aruba dinner cruise before, and loved the first one so much, we did it twice this year. I highly recommend it.
