Our last dinner on the island was at Asi Es Mi Peru (main floor of main building at Paradise Beach Villas).

They have both indoor seating, and outdoor (covered) seating on a "market style" patio.

I think it's safe to say that many of us have little familiarity with Peruvian cuisine. Fortunately the menu is fairly descriptive, with photos, and in addition the servers are very helpful and happy to make suggestions based on your preferences.

On this occasion we started by sharing an interesting appetizer that was essentially potato stuffed with savoury meat filling. We really enjoyed it.

For our main course, we went with a sampler plate that included a total of 5 dishes. This proved to be a great way to work out way around the menu although it was really a lot of food for two ladies. If we had been staying another day or two we would have happily taken the leftovers home but that isn't really an option on the last night. It's a fairly heavy cuisine so my suggestion is to arrive hungry - the portions are generous!

Loved our pisco sours and we felt that the market feel of the patio enhanced the evening.
