2nd visit to one of our favorite restaurants. For cocktails, DW had a Margerita & I had an Old Fashioned - drinks are always good at CS. DW had the Shrimp Provencal (shrimp in a red sauce over linguine) and I had one of their specials - Grouper Medallions with crabmeat stuffing. Main reason I ordered this dish was that the description read "Locally caught Grouper Medallions". With the Grouper controversy going on, I wanted to see what locally caught Grouper tasted like. But since I don't know if I've ever had Aruban Grouper, I couldn't tell if this was the real deal - but it did taste good. We shared a bottle of Peppoli Chianti Classico with dinner – same wine we enjoyed last week. Didn't see Benny on these 2 visits & didn't see him last year - maybe he's taking longer vacations.
