Before we left for Aruba, we considered trying Ricardo's new restaurant named "Oak". But we thought the dishes would probably be the same, so didn't put it on our list. Two couples we know at CLBR raved about Oak, so we decided to try it. It's a small restaurant located in the Waykiri Condos building, which is a little inland from Marriotville. There are 9 tables inside and 5 tables outside. The inside looked a bit cramped and they had 2 large TV's on 2 of the walls. We sat outside and were a little uncomfortable due to the recent weather conditions impacting the breeze. We thought the food was OK, but I wouldn't rave about it. DW had the Coconut Shrimp, which came with mixed vegetables (yellow / green zucchini and some Broccolini) and white rice. I go the Churrasco steak which also came with the same mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes, and Chimichurri sauce. The steak appeared to be a different cut than what I had recently at the Chophouse - they butterflied it, so it didn't look as thick as the ones I had at El Gaucho & Chophouse - but, it tasted good.

Food for thought: People object more violently to furs than leather because it is safer to attack rich women than motorcycle gangs.
