On the way from Paradera to Santa Cruz (just past Casibari), you will find Bright Bakery at the roundabout in Piedra Plat. We had a late lunch here. Because we were late, they were out of pastechi. The bakery is huge with an enormous variety of bread, pastechi, cakes and desserts. You have to take a number when you come in. You can either take the food with you, or eat it there. They have many tables and all is very clean.

We had two cheese rolls, one meat roll, one saucage roll and a huge cream horn with a very thick chocolate glazing. We also had one cola zero. Total bill was (and I am not kidding) 9 florin.

We will come back for sure to have breakfast or lunch here (but a bit earlier because we would like to sample their pastechi).
