This small place is located at Caya Betico Croes / Main Street in Oranjestad. They are open from 7 am until 7 pm Monday through Saturday. As you can gather from the name, they specialise in pastechi. But they also have great croquette and spring rolls.

We always go there for pastechi and a batido. There are many flavours of pastechi. I particular like ham and cheese and chicken pastechi, my DH has a keri-keri pastechi (typical Aruban seafood) and bakkeljauw (salted cod). DH had a pineapple batido, I had a watermelon batido. The watermelon and mango comes from the garden of the owner. Both are really sweet and delicious, as are the pastechi. The owner is a very nice man, that will give you any information you want. Two batido’s and four pastechi did cost me 26 florin. It was as good as always.
