Worked up an appetite today chipping away at my to-do list. I had chicken chow mein with vegetable rice and an egg roll. In with a R&C.

We weren't hungry so just had bowls of soup.

We had stuffed green peppers...meatless. The stuffing had to be prepared separately and it was an Earthly Grains mix from Aldi's. Ever had spelt? The mix said it was "spelt with button mushrooms and black truffle". Of course, tomato sauce was added. The preparation tasted like a puffy rice. It was delish...nice and hot out of the oven. It was the usual milk with dinner.

Very warming after a day that wasn't frigid, but just nasty, gray and mid-50s cold (by our standards). Sunday, around the same temps, was sunny and nice. Today was not memorable.


I'm settling down with some Sprite Zero Sugar. It may have a stronger addition in a bit.
