this is a happy thread. meeting went well, he wasn't angry and seemed to accept everything that was said. time will tell but I'll take the victory for now.

his daughter works nights and gets home around 9 am. she will be staying here while im away. im jumping up and down inside but Im trying not to get my hopes up, just in case.

I made a pot of sausage and peppers which we had over pasta. just poured a glass of pinot, cheers!

Glad things went well Linda! I'm making salisbury steak with mashed taters/gravy and French green beans.

So happy everything went well, Linda.

M & M had smoked chicken wings with chips. Michael loves his green mountain smoker.
I had salmon tacos.

Happy to hear that Linda!
have a great trip, when are you leaving?

I cooked on the grill as the oven handle will not stay on any longer.
Ordering a new one tomorrow.
Anyone have the Frigidaire with the air fryer feature?

I made chicken, onions, peppers and pineapple with a doctored BBQ sauce that was awesome.
Honey mustard chicken thighs, and CB with a habanero mango sauce
Fresh green bean sautéed on the stove.

We ended up taking a ride into Boston so I could check the office. Grabbed pizza on the way home - about to eat the leftovers. Glad the meeting went well Linda.

We had chicken fajitas. The chicken was cooked and cut into small chunks. Rest came from a Fajita meal kit...sauce and flour tortillas. Added some fresh salsa from Publix. Topped with sour cream. Messy, but good!
Milk with dinner.

Maybe some red before bed?
