Michael ordered a Green Mountain Smoker.
He smoked filet mignon and salmon. Absolutely delicious.
Sides were oven roasted potatoes and green beans.

Sandy made a crockpot-casserole of potatoes, onions, garlic, cod, milky sauce and cheese.
I added some fresh-ground pepper, but I yearn for the days when I could also pick up the salt shaker.
(I think I've been mostly "no-added-salt" for 6 months.)
Milk with dinner.

I'm ending the day with some pinot noir.
