Good morning, bit rainy today but not much.
Working from home for a few weeks to quarantine before & after vacation. We did our first round of tests this morning which John will drop at UPS, then we do the official test next Monday.

Keeping everything crossed for Steve & Judi that the Dr have a good treatment plan.

Be well, stay safe

Good morning everyone.

Judi.....I've been thinking about you and Steve. Sending prayers and hugs.

I need to get Mario into a vascular surgeon ASAP. I dropped him off at the ER on Saturday. He's been breathing really heavy/having shortness of breath and a pain in his calf. Even though he takes Coumadin daily, a person can still develop blood clots. The CT scan of his chest is negative for clots.....thank God. The ultrasound of his calf is a different story. The blood isn't flowing in one of his deep veins. It flows, stops, forms a quarter sized pool of blood then slowly flows up. The radiologist pressed on his calf and the "pool" released and the blood started flowing the way it should. If you could say a little prayer that this is an easy fix, I'd appreciate it. He is negative for Covid.

Have a great day.

Good morning, yes, thoughts are with Steve and Judi today. When is your next round of treatment Cap’n? Do you have set days?

My thoughts are with Steve and Judi also.

Next round... I'm scheduled for a total of 45 radiation treatments. Today is my 3rd. Basically 5-days-a-week, currently 2:30 every afternoon at the radiation center, about 18 miles South of me. I actually drive by the liquor store every trip...... I'm working on what time I now have to force myself out of bed. I need to leave at 1:45 to insure I arrive on time. It takes me 2 to 3 hours usually before all "systems" are go for travel... Ah, the joys of old age.....

Good almost afternoon!
I headed out to pick up Ken's car and forgot to check in! Lilly and I tested negative for covid....Ken went back the next day and tested positive  so that stinks! Recovering well, but still have a junky cough and get short of breath doing absolutely nothing! I am giving myself time off.
Praying for Steve and Judi this morning.
ML, I am so sorry to read about Mario. Praying they can figure out what is going on and get his calf blood clots under control. That is scary!
Cap'n, I hope your treatment goes as well as it can today.
Thoughts and prayers for all monkey in need. Have a great day.

Good afternoon. I'm so sad to hear about all these difficult medical times for so many monkeys and loved ones. I'll be praying for healing for all.

I've gotten most of the Christmas decorations down and packed away. I still need to figure out the larger stuff, like outdoor wreaths, etc.

Mike is back to travelling. I started a very small part-time job today - just 5-10 hours per week.. just what I was looking for. I'm assisting a real estate agent. Here's how I look at it.....I earned a pedicure and a couple happy hour drinks today! Win win, as far as I'm concerned! Cheers! Maybe I should have started the HH thread.
