Cheers everyone! Lazy afternoon here - football, reading and tablet games. Just made a pot of chili and that’s for supper tonight. A couple of cold beers at the moment. What’s on your menu?

Earlier today I bought dough, mozz, etc at one store to make pizza and then went to another store. I walked down the aisle w/the taco stuff in it and changed my mind. So tacos it is. I'll probably have a beer shortly, then at 9 I'm watching Trading Places. It's on a movie channel...specifically Encore...so there will be no editing. I hate when they show movies with "colorful" language and edit it all out.

Anyway, that's my plans and menu for this night. Salute everyone!

Homemade leftover beef stew. Delicious. Might have a rum and coke in a while. Have a good night.

I made a low carb version of jambalaya for dinner tonight, subbing riced cauliflower for the rice. Chicken linguica, chicken breast, and shrimp for the protein(s) in it. It came out pretty good if I do say so myself.

Took all the inside decorations down and got them put away. Only the tree is left, hope to at least get the ornaments off tomorrow.

I finished off the ribs and he had coconut shrimp again. Just Gatorade

DW pounded out a piece of chicken breast, layered it with ham and cheese, rolled it up again like chicken cordon bleu.
I thought it had to be finished in the oven, but it was slowly cooked on stove top.

She's got a big pot of meatballs and sauce simmering all day (in the slow cooker) for tomorrow. Took some of the sauce and cooked some yellow squash in it. There was also a small mature acorn squash with butter.
Milk with dinner.

I picked up a bottle of 'Coconut Limeade Sparkling Ice' this afternoon. It may get some vodka added before end of day.

I had beans for lunch and a slice of pizza for supper along with a variety of chocolate offerings a friend brought. I didn't need that but we all helped her out with that
