½ oz of Apricot Brandy
½ oz o Peach Schnapps
½ oz of Cointreau
¼ oz of Bacardi 151
¼ oz of Red Grenadine
Pineapple Juice

Thought it might be an Aruba Ariba but apparently not.

I'll be making homemade limoncello this weekend with a recipe supplied by a fellow monkey. Calls for a quart of grain alcohol or vodka plus the other ingredients which probably add up to about 1/2 gallon. George's comment - that alot, isn't it? My comment..do you think I'm going to take all that time to make a little bit? Do you think it will go bad?

The drink sounds good, Tom, except for the peach schnapps. It brings back baddddd memories of the night before my college graduation. To this day, I can't have anything peach!!

I need a 6 month vacation twice a year.
