I have made them. Sometimes kept them.

I'd like to shed a dozen pounds. That would be OK with most people, most Americans.
In my case, 2 dozen pounds would also be good.
Maybe a goal of between 1 dozen and 2 dozen would be good and reasonable in 12 months.
Lower is just better in dealing with old bones.
Not off to the best start!!!

Ha speaking of weight resolutions, my MIL dropped off various rubber maid containers (so they can be refilled :wink: ) and informed us she went to the doctor and is up seven pounds. :shock: Personally we are glad because she had been looking too thin. She is now heading back to the gym tomorrow after nursing a bruised rib.
