Snotty or not, George was determined to get the boat out. Everything was going smoothly and seemed easier than usual until....I noticed one of the trailer tires was flat. I ran home and got the air compressor and all was well - the boat is now being power washed and winterized at the marine mechanic. With the cooler weather the bourbon has been opened so Old Granddad and ginger for me. We'll be having d/o roast chicken with mashed potatoes and peas.

That was his new mama in an adoption photo. Very often when I'm cleaning cages a kitten will launch onto me and do this. I wish I had more time to spend with them.

Cheers! That’s great Linda. Happy Birthday to Uncle Milton! Bet it’s good to have that chore done Laura. We had meatloaf, baked potatoes and broccoli tonight.

Cheers to Uncle Milton and the beautiful kitty getting a new mama!! It's always something, isn't it, Laura? Ours will be in for about 4-6 more weeks. Blackfish season is open now. We had grilled salmon and finished the last of the oysters. I'm going to get a sugar free popsicle for dessert.

DW cut up some more of the rotisserie chicken and added it to some store-bought chicken gravy.
It was served over a mashed potato patty. There was also some herbed and sautéed yellow and green squash...I put gravy over all. Milk with dinner.

When out this afternoon, I bought some 'Ice'...coconut-pineapple sparkling water. It's no longer zero sugar/zero calorie...because I added some rum to it.

Soño agradabel, amigunan!

Cheers! Had a Arby's pizza slider, a piece of spanakopita, and a couple cherry tomatoes. Feeling okay after the biopsy. It didn't hurt any worse than a corncob... oh nevermind!!! Again, results next Monday.

Fishing has been lousy down this way :( We have a 19' Mako center console with no where to hide from the wind and cold and we're getting a little old for this. So out it came for the season.
