Sloppy Joes, doctored up cottage cheese, Scoops/baba ghanoush, and a piece of caramel apple pie for dessert. Shortly I'll probably crack open an Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider.

Asparagus and spicy chicken for lunch again
Bryers Reese's chocolate PB ice cream later
Had to replace 2 ice creams lost due to power failure so I got 2 more and paid 1.50 for both with sale and coupons.
Hope the storm we are getting in a few minutes does not make them casualties too!

Cheers

Cheers with a beer. We went out for a late lunch/early dinner. We both had one of the specials of chicken, sausage, peppers and onions in slightly spicy red sauce over cheese ravioli. More than enough left for another meal.

Leftovers again. Our goal of cooking once, eating twice...has converted to eating it 3 times or more.
It was pot roast again. This time, the mashed potatoes were formed into patties and lightly fried. Gravy over all and herbed carrots as the veggie. Milk with dinner.

Haven't started yet, but I will probably need something stronger for listening to the event in Salt Lake City at 9 PM.

I think maybe flu season has started in Florida. A woman I know has been sick at home for a week to 10 days...after traveling out of state. She became worried and got a COVID test...it was negative.

For late lunch I had my usual sausage with kraut. But added a can of chopped spinach (70 calories) with some red wine vinegar... yum! I may have another sausage later. I looked at the calendar to check my weight during the pandemic as several have indicated they have gained. In February and Early March I was 215#. Today I was 197# and it's been many weeks since a had a day of 200#

Great numbers Tom...congrats! I joined a vacationing friend at Terrazza for dinner. I had eggplant parm and a side of linguini with red sauce. Keeping with the red theme....you know what I had to drink  . Oh and lemon sorbet for dessert...refreshing!
