Sandy was at Sam's Club. I think she said she bought a frozen pizza...at the advice of her friend.
I think that is on the menu tonight,
We usually have beer of some sort with pizza.
Bon appetit!

Cheers with a beer. We had Mississippi pot roast, mashed potatoes and green beans tonight. Mike’s Mom joined us and just went home. Taking tomorrow off to do some chores like power washing front stairs, drop off some donations, maybe start fall yard clean up.

I just got back from getting my hair done and I'm having a glass of wine. Neighbor of course is harassing us again with his "music".  I'm making slow baked ribs with coleslaw and baked potato.

Oh ardy...my very favorite sandwich is a good chicken salad sandwich! Boston gals...was it Filene's or Jordan's that had a restaurant....(probably before you all were born  ) I think Brighams's had a good one also....the one in Belmont. Ahhh....remember when! lol We had homemade crab cakes...they were good! Got great crabmeat at PriceSmart ! Rice and green beans were the side. Red for me ....seltzer for him. No more chocolate ice cream so my dessert is Smartfood's popcorn and a little more wine!

I said frozen pizza and that's what we had...lots of veggies on it, but also some sausage and slices of pepperoni.
We wound up just having milk with the pizza.

I write again because of the discussion about chicken salad. Along with pizza, Sandy also bought a rotisserie chicken at Sam's. We get a lot of good from the rotisserie chickens and I see some chicken salad in our future. The Sam's chicken is the best...cheapest, fullest, tastiest...in comparison to Wally World, Publix or Winn-Dixie chicken. How can you beat a whole cooked chicken at less than $5?

I started out with some diet tonic. Now I'm adding some vodka to it...bedtime soon.

Bon noche amigunan.

I stopped at a local Italian place and got fried calamari, chicken parm w/spaghetti, and a salad w/Italian. I also stopped at a local pie place yesterday afternoon and got myself a caramel apple pie. Had a slice of that for dessert.
