Bon dia.
Soggy weather coming in...decent temps, 70s now, may crest 81°f this afternoon.
Gotta get going soon...to make it to the post office before noon. Maybe some other errands while I'm out.
Have a good one, kids!

Morning. Got some house cleaning done this am. I told kenny and dom they will be breathing Lysol from now until the 23rd when I have to take my covid test.

Nice sunny day. Need to go to BJs and the dollar store to get stuff for a halloween package for my niece Gianna. I’m sure the other “kids” will get stuff too. Cant do one without the others no matter how old they are

Pat I loved making forts with the kids, have fun! They are adorable by the way. Glad dick got his appt. Lucy is getting so big. hoping Patti has a great day at the craft show. Marylou how are the boys?

Hoping everyone has a great day

Good Morning!
Judi, glad Dick has an apt first thing Monday. Ingrid, so glad you have good news too!
I think I finally had a decent night's sleep. Melatonin is helping, having a struggling 15 year old is not! We have had two of the most difficult parenting weeks of our lives. We are trying so hard to "right the ship" and get things back in the right direction. When you lose trust with your child, it is heartbreaking. When they are doing things they should not do, it is heartbreaking. Ugh! I wish I had crystal ball to know it was all going to turn out ok so I could relax, but I don't and I can't. Spending the weekend with Lilly. I do have No Longer Bound dinner tonight but that is it. Wishing everyone a great day!

Good Morning. We have a beautiful fall day here with a cool morning but high 60'sF this afternoon. With our lack of rain the trees are already changing colors and lots of leaves are falling. I'll be taking a nice long walk after lunch and enjoying the weather.
Hope that Evert can return home soon. Good luck to Dick with his CT scan on Monday.
Have a great Saturday everyone and stay safe.

Morning. Lots happening in the Swamp. Lucy is indeed growing up fast. Beautiful. Good news about Evert. I hope Dick will find out soon what's ailing him. Judi, hope you are feeling better with each day that passes. Carolina, they say boys are easier to bring up than girls??? Hang in there. Things will turn out okay with some gentle nudging. Tara, enjoy your peace and quiet at the lake. Wishing everybody well. Have a good day all.

Good~Afternoon!
A lot going here, just got back from MIL's apt. is just about empty.....all cleaned and one more trip. We donated her car which they will pick up early next week.
My sports medicine doctor referred me to a doctor since the one my pcp referred me to is booked up for months and months, I can not wait that long.....his reviews are all "GREAT"!!!!!! Monday, I'll make an appointment to go see him, and set up a date for surgery. Second hip (RIGHT) will be done when he says left one is healed good.
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Carolina, seriously, we need to compare and share notes. Sometimes I feel like it's impossible to right the ship because it's already on the sea floor.

Parenting a problem child is like trying to tilt a chair backwards far enough to balance it on its back legs. You either push too hard and it goes back to its original position, or you don't push enough and it falls backwards and you have to pick it up. Every now and then, you get it JUST right...until the slightest shift in the air, then everything is undone!
