Good morning. Very warm night, but slept well. Still enjoying my own bed. Temperature will be a bit lower today, but great to spend the day outside in my garden. But somewhere I do need to clean my house and do some ironing. And translating two pieces for a meeting tomorrow where I will do the translation (English to Dutch).

Tara, safe trip home. It is great you had such a nice holiday! Hope things will be better for Richard and Karen today!

Good morning everyone. Mike, Chris and Harrison have gone to Vermont for a camping weekend. I only camp in hotels so I stayed home and did some shopping and had lunch with a friend via takeout.

Good morning, world!
I suppose this is the calm day before the storm. Isaias will stay off our part of the coast, but it will be a rainy, windy day tomorrow...as we'll be on the 'back side' of it.
Time for a short walk today...and not much else.
Have a good day, kids!

Good morning everyone. It’s so nice to have the windows open while enjoying my coffee. Need to run to the grocery store today and get a very badly needed manicure & pedicure. Continued prayers for Richard and all those in need.

Some call them a rash guard. It had UPF 50 protection, where in the water, dries quick. Mike has a few (long and short sleeve) because he burns easy too.

so women wear a shirt over their bathing suit? sounds quite uncomfortable, but i guess it beats getting sunburn

Mornin Kids, hoping on a good report from Karen today. Richard is in my thoughts and prayers.

Today will be a hot and pretty much dry day with only a 20% chance of rain in the afternoon. The hurricane will not have any effect on us today or our trip tomorrow.
Today is our LFD. It is been a great 1st half of the vacation except the BnB owner has been over here for 5 out of the past 8 days with various projects. And he says the bank is coming to take photos of the outside of the house this morning, he doesn't think they have to come inside. That would push me over the edge.......

Good morning all. It must be nice out because George turned the air off and opened the windows. I slept a little later this morning. Not much on tap...maybe a trip to the cemetery to take some photos for Find A Grave. Thoughts and prayers are with those in need.

Good morning! I'm mostly packed. I need to walk uptown and pick up a t-shirt. Terry is picking me up for the airport ride. She said we will go to Surfside bar first. I think that is the name. It has been such a great visit. I will be back but not until Kansas gets off the red zone list and covid settles down.
