Good morning!
Gorgeous picture, Karen.
Monkeys, have fun at Reflections.
Had a very relaxing day yesterday and Ken and I had dinner with an old friend. Wonderful food and company. Kids went to the Salty Dog for dinner. I did get over 100 bizarre texts from my neighbor back at home. I had given her next door neighbor a heads up. Glad I did. I took a shower and had 37 missed texts. All crazy gobbledygook with tons of emojis and she hates my front door. This came up a few times. The other neighbor told me she came to his house and has a problem with his door too. I was afraid this might happen. I had told her I would be out of town. I let her relatives know but they did not even respond back. So sad. I really hope she can get the help she needs and stay on her meds.
Taking Lilly and her friend in to Charleston for a “car tour” of the beautiful city. Have a great day!

Good Morning. We have lots of clouds this morning with temps in the low 70'sF now...mid 80'sF this afternoon. It should be comfortable for a walk. I need to make a grocery store run sometime today for some perishables.
Thoughts and prayers for all those in need today.
Have a great Friday everyone and stay safe.

Yup I’m home Pat. Buddy and I are heading out doors, coolers unpacked, the rest can wait. No sea breeze and no ocean view but it is home.

It’s just my iPad Don.

If so, I'm honored you named it after me!

Good morning, Swampers! Headed to Florida tomorrow. Nervous as hell but excited as well. We'll be safe, but it is a lot like driving a car...it's everybody ELSE that's the idiot!

Good morning all. Up and out early for my annual physical. I was so happy she didn't mention that I'm a few pounds heavier this year. Had a convo with her re: some brain fog that I'm having and she said there isn't a marker on any of my blood work from the past few years that would indicate alz or dementia so that's good. Said possibly undiagnosed ADD or my allergies manifesting themselves differently as I get older. Told me to take a multi-vitamin, and an additional 1000 mg of vitamin D daily going forward, and to keep a food diary for the next few weeks, If I start to feel foggy or dizzy, refer back to the food diary and eliminate the food. Also asked if I want a referral to speak to a psychiatrist for an ADD diagnosis. I declined. I've long suspected that I have it, and have dealt with it just fine for 56 years with lists and routine. I'll continue to do the same.

Hope we get some good news regarding Richard this morning...

Have a nice day all.

Keep track of your Vitamin D levels via blood work. My Vitamin D levels were high in blood work twice in the past couple of years. I told my PCP it was because of my daily multi and calcium with D supplement (that she suggested years ago), in addition to my blood being drawn right after a summer in the sun on our boat, or right after a nice long Arub@ vacation. She sent me to an endocrinologist anyway, I told him the same thing, he took me off the calcium with D and redid blood work a couple months later and levels returned to normal. I know you sit in the sun a lot, so you'd think your levels would be ok as is. I'm not a doctor (although I play one on TV  ), but wanted to let you know my experience. I hope the changes you're making work for you.
