Can you make the printing any fricken bigger?! Jesus H ******! Pardon my French but that drives me nuts! I just put a t-shirt in the washer for the first time and wanted to read the label to make sure I used the correct water temp/cycle, etc. and could barely see it even with cheaters on! I probably would've had a hard time reading it even with the mother of all electron microscopes!

It might be time to upgrade those cheaters.
My 2.00+ are getting weak. I needed my cheaters and a magnifying glass to read something.

My FIL "can't eat at fancy restaurants anymore." The lighting is too dim, "Because the owners assume everybody is on a date. They're young enough to court and still read the menu in the dim lighting while covering up the fact they're still ugly!"

But when he is "forced" to go, he takes a picture (with flash, of course) of the menu on his phone and zooms in to read it...while wearing his 3.5x cheaters on the end of his nose with this look on his face that says, "If they didn't want me to eat here, why didn't they just tell me to leave?"

  Thanks for the laughs. I've had the same pair of prescription reading glasses for about ten years and also have a little problem with the teeny print. Got a new prescription in January .. one for readers and one for distance. I've never worn distance glasses before and didn't plan on wearing them. The guy at Costco convinced me that I should have the distance glasses as well as the reading glasses. The new reading glasses are like having a magnifying glass on my nose and I have to have the reading material about 8" from my face. Most of my reading is on my laptop which I can't hold up to my face for several hours a day. So two new pairs of glasses getting little or no use. I do use the magnifying ones when I need to read labels or something similar. Live and learn.

My eyes are fine but some of the clothing labels are ridiculous! I especially hate the ones with bright colors or white print on black labels that is microscopic.

Yes there have been many times when I had my glasses on & have to get out the magnifying glass too as the type is so darn small :?

The labels I like are the ones with just symbols like you are supposed to know what they are, sure I know the basic one but some I have no clue.

Type is getting smaller on so many things.
They have to put more info on labels so they don't get sued because so many people don't have the common sense they were born with...
