Well, DD is in Labor and Delivery being induced. So, it may be a while. Jackson is very excited to be sleeping at Nana Banana and Papa's house. He has all his favorite stuffies and blankets from home.
Dinner will be chicken and veggies. HH will be Gingerale until the Grandboy goes to bed. Then I have a bottle of Champagne chilling.
I made donuts for the first time in my life this morning. They came out the balls!!

We're having oven baked parmesan coated chicken breasts, brown rice, squash, tomatoes w/mozzarella.
Made some BisQuick shortcake to host frozen raspberries for dessert. Drinks are LaCroix sparklings.
Later might have some reds toward sundown and nightcap!!

Congratulations, Maryanne!!

#2 and I are finally making mushroom & gravy burgers tonight. I'll be eating mine without a bun. Not drinking at all during the week these days in an effort to take off some weight.

How exciting Maryann!

Leftovers here tonight. Leftover boneless/skinless turkey breast with homemade salsa verde, roasted veggies and sliced cukes/tomatoes on the side.

Nice simple and one of my favorites, grilled cheese and Campbell's chicken rice soup. Were going to cook Kelley dogs on the grill but the rain moved in.

Yesterday at Trader Joe's I bought a couple of pizza crusts so I'm gonna throw together a couple of pizzas. Probably a salad to go with them.

Salmon, rice and peas and sparkling water. Our rain never happened today (indoor chores postponed  ) and we got to spend the day outdoors; lunch on the front lanai and supper on the back :D

Pensfan Family

So excited for a new swamp baby! And I LOVE the name Wyatt Michael.

We just had some delicious pork shoulder. We cooked it overnight last night for 12 hrs at 250° in a Dutch oven, then chunks crisped in a saute pan with fried eggs and Frank's red hot sauce.

So sorry, Pens. :(

I guess we're still waiting on the little one. We went fishing today - no keepers. We had sausage, peppers and onions with fresh Italian bread for dinner. Red wine for me.
