Well, considering I have to watch cholesterol, sodium, potassium, fat, carbs, sugars, +; what can I eat?

Tonight We had homecooked pasta fagiole + a grilled cheese sandwich w/ham and tomato. Had a ginger lime Coke with it. I'll have several reds later.

We shared a grilled steak (Costco prime) with sauteed onions, baked potato and baby vegetable medley. Pinot for me.

We both had the “ultra light” chicken parm tonight. It’s $9.99 and huge - really nothing light about it. Anyway, it was great and we have another meal for later. Red wine for me and beer for Mike.

  The eggplant rollatini I got last week got me through two dinners and three lunches. It wasn't advertised as light though.

Cheers! In with a 24 oz bottle of New Holland Brewing's "Dragon's Milk" aged in bourbon bbls. About 11% ABV I think. I brought home two Cajun Crispy Fish sandwiches (2 for $5) from Arbys. Couldn't quite eat both in one sitting, so have the last half waiting until a bit later. We are watching "Finding Your Roots" on TV instead of the SotU...
