Bourbon followed by red wine. I made pork chops with carmelized onions and peppers, butternut squash and a baked potato. Enjoy the concert Kelly.

We went to the next town over for hh. Barb and I shopped a tiny while John and Mike got started w/ first beer. Then we joined them for a hard cider (delish). Came home to a great smelling roast in the crock pot, enjoyed dinner, and am now in w/ my usual - large tervis!

We had a stir fry with chicken and veg over riced cauliflower. I made a sauce to go over it using sriracha, sunflower nut butter and minced ginger.

I'm having one glass of white wine (blech) and Tommy's having one Lite beer.

Cheers, Karen! Welcome back. :D

Bon voyage HH for us.
Had a Yuengling with pizza for dinner.
Taking it easy for rest of evening...because have to be up at 5 AM for the trip to Miami and cruise departure.
Beam me down, Scotty.
You might know...it turned warmer today in FL Warmer still next week. Still, hoping for some real Caribbean warmth.
Happy February!
