Good Morning!
Tennis match this morning, only 37 so I will have to bundle up. Getting the kids off to school. Got a text from a tennis friend this morning....one of our mutual tennis friends, a little younger than me, put her 2 year old down for a nap and he never woke up. She is 12 wks pregnant with #2. My heart just breaks. I can not even imagine ever wanting to get out of bed again. How do you go on? I am praying for this family. Her name is Sandy, her son that passed is Alex. I am still in shock. If you are up to it, please pray for the Greenblat family. Thank you.
Wishing everyone peace today.

Good morning everyone.
Well....I can't burn the sling and I still have to go to PT twice a week. The doctor told me I have to wear the sling for 6 more weeks. I was able to (somewhat) "walk the wall" with my fingers. I'm finally comfortable with the therapists at the place I'm going to. This might be hard for some people to believe, but I am a very shy/timid person...........until I get to know you. I actually changed my Thursday appointments to Friday because they all wear ugly Christmas sweaters on Fridays. Last week, some of them were hilarious.

Ingrid....Those hot flashes/night sweats are awful. I've had them for at least 8 years. It seems like they will never end.
Carolina.....my entire body went numb when I read your post. :( I will keep your friend and her family in my prayers. So sad.....God needed another angel.

Have a nice day.

I can't even imagine. Heartbreaking...   My prayers are with the Greenblat family at this time.

Good morning everyone. Sunny and cold here today. It's Tuesday so it's "visit Mom day". Looks like we're on the same schedule, Karen. :D

Girls who are still having hot flashes - I found that eating carbs at night triggered them. I'm mostly past that stage now, but if I eat a lot of Cheez its at night, I wake up having a hot flash.

Have a nice day, friends.

Good Morning!!! It looks like a nice day beginning but it will stay in the 30'sF all day. Today I am prepping for that test that all us old folks hate. Maybe I'll loose a few pounds that I gained on the island last month  .
Thoughts and prayers for the family of that poor baby that passed away.
Dan, please take care of yourself and heed all the doctor's advice.
Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!
