Hang in there Dan answers are coming. I’m sure they will appreciate the gesture. They are used to it but imagine not many people admit to being a PITA.

Dan, a good move on you're part. Glad they found nothing at the time. I wore a monitor for 17 days until it malfunctioned. Device gave doc the info needed. Fortunate here no problem. Watch your diet( intake of salt, cholesterol, carbs, etc.). It'll pay off! I'm still taking rosuvstatin & aspirin once per day!

Ditto. Continue doing the right thing (getting yourself to the hospital if it happens again) and hopefully before long the doctors can figure out what's going on with you, and help you get back on track.

Hi Dan, glad it wasn’t a heart attack but obviously something is out of whack...hopefully the heart monitor will give the answers. Speaking as another Papa (we have 3 Grandsons) you want to be able to experience him growing up (Grandkids are way better than kids  ) take it easy until you get monitor results...I can’t wait to read your posts about you and your Grandson in the future. :D
Plus it’s SN*W season. :D

Oh how scary Dan.....but you definitely did the smart and the right thing by going to the ER.
Our body gives us warning signs when something is not right...….ignoring a sign could be a matter of life or death.
Continue to see your doctor or doctors and I wish you the very BEST!
HUGS!!!

Hi Dan

glad you are OK---could be an anxiety attack too--this happened to me 2 years ago and ended up staying overnight--felt like an idiot but they were just concerned as heart disease runs in the family and being a (woman)-its the number #1 killer----but I never thought of the anxiety--that was a really bad summer for me--I had lost 11 people -in 5 months and I guess it just caught up with me---listen to your body----and please quit smoking!!!! PLEASE!!!!
