Having a glass of red while waiting the lamb stew to warm and the Pillsbury biscuits to cook. What's everyone else doing tonight?

Went to Federal Hill in RI and had Mexican at Don Jose and 2 pictures of margaritas with 2 friends we met in Aruba 15 years ago. We see each other once in awhile since they are only 10 minutes away but we see each other more in Aruba.

Stopped at Arby's on the way home, got 2 Greek Gyros for $6, also 6 pizza sliders and 2 ham & cheese sliders, all $1 each. I'm good at least for tonight... Just opened my last (until the grocery tomorrow) 16 oz screw-top Lite. Not to worry, I've got the 12 ouncers to chase the big boy with. Cheers!

Dinner tonight was pork chops, broccoli and corn for David and a chef salad for me.

Dinner was leftover meatloaf. I actually made it on Sunday.
It was accompanied by a baked potato w/some sour cream , some butternut squash and a serving of 1% milk.
We're not imbibing tonight...me because I'm counting calories this week or trying, DW thinks it's not good for her overall health.

This is for Ann and Linda. Yes, Mexican in Federal Hill. Don Jose is good food and the margaritas are good. We visit other restaurants as well but when you want margaritas do you go Italian or Mexican?

If you are coming off rt 95 to Atwells Ave it is 2 blocks on the right after Costantino's Ravioli. It is almost the last restaurant in Federal Hill. After dinner we go to Costantino's for the lobster ravioli's and vodka sauce and hot cappacola.

I was curious where Don Jose's was as well. We'll have to check it out sometime.

Costantino's, Venda Ravioli and Caserta are the holy trinity for us. Have you ever eaten inside of Venda Ravioli in the back of the store? There's a handful of tables and chairs, and they cook the food in a little kitchen in the back. The food is outstanding and they are always busy.

Thanks for the reminder that we have to get up there for lunch soon.
