Good morning, the sun is shining. I've got to clean the house since we have 9 people coming for Thanksgiving on Thursday. Have a good day.

Good Morning!!! We have a few patches of blue sky peeking out from behind lots of clouds this morning but temps are already in the mid 30'sF and should get to the high 40'sF for a while this afternoon. We have a busy day on tap. My last remaining aunt passed away just before we came home from the island and the funeral is today. Tonight we are going to a play that our grandkids home schooling group is having. They have lots of really talented kids that put on some great performances. Tonight's play is Newsies and our 11yo has been working on set design and will be an onstage stage crew member. The younger kids are ushers for this performance.
Glad to hear that Mike is home from the hospital and is making good progress. Welcome home Linda and Kenny!!! Enjoy the warmth today Ann. It will be a lot colder in NH tomorrow!!!
Have a great Saturday everyone!!!

Good morning all.
Had a good but chilly time at our light-up night last night, the kids really enjoy the gingerbread house craft we do for them.
We are heading down to the farmers market in a while, it is a little later in the day during the winter & only goes for 3hrs, which is good as we are pretty chilly by the end. We do wear coveralls & have a couple small heaters but my face always gets cold, good to do to keep our customers over the winter.

Ingrida, NICE! :D
Safe travels Ann.
Glad Mike is home & recovering
MaryLou have a good time with Michael home
Bob, sorry to hear about your aunt.

Have a good day all :D

Good Morning.

Glad to be back home in CT yesterday morning. Mauled my furbabies and did the usual post vacation tasks. Had left hearing aid intermittent issues while away. Frustrated because both are only 11months old. Thankful to have a 3 year warranty contract. Had afternoon appt with audiologist to drop off (will be sent out for repair or replacement) and received a loaner. Planning to lounge in front of toasty fireplace with kitties and watch hours of dvr'd programs today.

Thanks Pammy for posting my sentiments, too :D

Prayers are with those in need.

Good Morning all. Just made a big batch of biscuits and sausage gravy... gotta spoil my boys while he's home.... of course, he's not up yet. Tailgate got cxld; I think TJ got a better offer - oh well.

Pat - are you in Fort Myers? I remember us going to a sand sculpture event this time of year when Mom/Dad had their condo down there.

Good Morning!
Worked really late last night on something for my sister...gotta get those hours in, but tired today. I am supposed to run 12 today, not sure that is going to happen. My flat greenway is flooded so I will have to run the hilly area around my house :( More work on the project for my sister later today and some football, that is about it.

Ingrid, that is awesome! Let me know if you need some company
Ann, safe travels!
Glad Mike is doing better, that is scary!
Bob, so sorry about your Aunt. Prayers for your family.
ML, have fun with your boy!
Wishing everyone a great day.

Good morning! I slept late and couldn't be happier about it. Congrats on the reservation to the island Ingrid. I intend to get mine made next week....wondering where others get their package deals from.

Mary, cellulitis is nothing to mess with! I'm glad Mike is on the mend. I don't do hot tubs.

Thinking of you today Bob. I hope it's a nice family reunion. Enjoy the play the evening.

Good thinking on the heaters, Pam.

The past couple days have been 60F/15c and then some. Today the high is forecasted to be 35F/1c with a cold, north wind blowing. It was nice while it lasted. I'm going to do a little more grocery shopping for Thanksgiving and the quarterly birthday party here on Dec 7. I'm just buying a few things at a time waiting for stuff to go on sale. I'm having the wallpaper scraped off and the walls painted in the living and dining areas starting Dec 8. I need to start getting stuff off the walls and the curtains taken down.

Good morning everyone. Nice to have Mike home. He is recovering nicely. He will be on antibiotics for 7 more days. The final diagnosis was cellulitis. Definitely a result of the hot tub stumble. A word of caution to those who use hot tubs. Do not use if you have an open sore or wound. The result could be deadly or you could lose a limb.

Wow - I'm glad Mike's on the mend, Mary. Good advice about hot tubs as well.

Good morning. Been busy lately with elder care "stuff". From where I'm sitting, it's only going to get worse but we did get a little light at the end of the tunnel getting some paperwork in place yesterday.

Safe travels back home to the frozen tundra, Ann.

Have a wonderful Saturday all.

When I haven't done a timeshare I have done Expedia or Travelocity, they work with dates and not weeks. Good Luck Tara.
