Come on guys, you are late! Enjoying a limoncello with tonic and lime. Dinner is in the oven: green asparagus with loads of garlic and ribs from Super Food (already made, just heating it up). I will have a glass of pinot grigio with it, Evert will have an Amstel Bright.

Weather was good today. A few short sprinkles this morning, but nothing that lasted more than a few minutes. Wind is normal. Lots of mosquitos and noseeums, though. Happy that I did bring loads of Deet.

We had a quiet day, just shopping at Super Foods (a zoo) and an afternoon at our pool. It is good to be back. Cheers, swamp!

Spaghetti w/white clam sauce. Some hot peppers and bread to go along with it.

worked our butts off again in the yard and its mostly done. the only thing left is the canopy on the pergola, too windy to take down today. we had broiled tilapia, mashed taters and a salad. i had a glass of pinot which finished the open bottle in the fridge.

cheers!

Ingrid, loving that you and your love are on the island!! My day was complete cause Ann walked thru a casino and went to mass. We had chicken sausage and veggie tots for dinner. Today, we spent the afternoon traipsing thru a pumpkin patch with our Grandson. He is a new walker and absolutely loved walking thru the grass. It was safe there, no red ants!!
It is a cool night, out windows are open. Life is good.

I was at our fundraiser at the bowling alley. Had some laughs, some beer and a slice of pizza. I'm feeling the need for a little more something to eat.

Burgers, pan fried potato slices, salad. I opened a Rose that I got at Super Foods a week ago. I 'hear' you Ingrid . I refuse to deal with Super Foods on a regular basis...nothing is worth 'a Zoo'! Plus the staff at Ling's is much, much nicer! :D

Hello! Woke up so late today was running behind for church. I got Lilly off to her cheer competition at 7:15 then fell back asleep  Church ran way over, preacher was on a roll....so late for my tennis match, then grocery shopping, made spaghetti and meat balls for dinner and now I am pooped! No happy hour for me. Ken has happy hours all the time. He is in with several Stellas. Can't wait for the next 18 days to fly by! Cheers!
