Good morning everyone.
Prayers to those in hurricane Michael's path. Maryanne.....I hope the tomato warning is just that......a warning and nothing more.
Good luck with your test, Linda.
Congrats to the Red Sox!!
I have my pre-op appointment this morning.

Froggy.....to answer your question from last night. Yes, Papa G (as we all call him) is a World War II Navy Veteran. At (almost) 96 he remembers every detail about the War.....and everything else for that matter. He told me, when I get old  I'm going to move out of my house and go live with my son. I asked him, what he considers old. He said, 99. God bless him.

Have a great day.

Good Morning!
Getting the kids off to school on this rainy day...might pop back in bed after they both go. Just that kind of rainy nap day. I have a lot of work to get done for my sister's company and a 6 mile run that might need to get in at the Y today. I hope all those in the path of Michael take precautions. My SIL lives outside of Tallahassee and she is hunkered down. She lives out in the middle of nowhere, has all the vehicles filled with gas, generator ready but she will most likely have so many trees down in her path, I am not sure how she will get out of the dirt road off a dirt road where she lives. I hope she has her chain saw ready to go. Thoughts and prayers for those in need.
Congrats to the Red Sox!
Good Luck, Linda!
Good luck, Ronnie!

Good morning! Hooray for the Red Sox! We may see the sun shine today after raining four days straight. I expect to be picking my bike up from the tune-up. I will put the plastic up on the two north sliding glass doors. We may see our first frost in the morning. I broke down and turned on the furnace. It's 43 degrees.

Yes, good luck Ronnie and Linda!

Good morning, Wednesday already  being off Monday messes with me.
Good luck to all getting tests.
Monkeys in the path of Michael be safe, I see it is making landfall at about 1pm today.

Will be heading over to my mum's for lunch. John will be at the farmers market when I get home from work so I will be in charge of dinner, most likely grilled cheese & salami with salad.

Have a good one

Good Morning!!! I watched the game live last night until the 7th inning stretch then went to sleep. I don't think I could have watched the end live without having a heart attack  !!! I just watched the end on DVR and I'm very happy for the Red Sox!!! We just finished breakfast and got our free gift of a nice set of steak knives. Waiting for noon dancing at the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun. It looks like a really nice day outside so we might hang out at the pool deck this afternoon.
Thoughts and prayers for those in the path of the hurricane.
Have a happy hump day everyone!!!

Good morning. Worried about friends/folks in the path of Michael. I taught school in Panama City in the 90's and had my first two charter boats based out of Hathaway's Marina in Panama City Beach. Here in Temple, we should be out of the edge of the rain when it comes through - had a couple gutter screens replaced and a tree branch over the roof taken down yesterday.

Good Evening!

Such a beautiful day here.
Spent the morning outside prepping doors and garage door for painting.
Then Larry had a noon dentist appt, new bridge installed  after his appt we went to Lowes, bought the rest of stuff we need for painting. Then we drove to Syracuse and had a late lunch early supper. He wanted to take me to a resturant he went to with his friends a few weeks ago. Francesca's Cucina, it was so good. We will go back! Today was the perfect day to enjoy the outside seating, it was like being in Italy.
Been watching the hurricane coverage on The Weather Channel, prayers for safety...
