Well froggy, it's only 3 of us for Thanksgiving but you still have to go through all the work and stress; I am NOT a hostess. I miss this part of being a couple...I can work behind the scenes while I have an entertainer entertaining the troops and keeping everyone out of the kitchen, trying to do it all is stressful, along with the outside and cleaning..... I like cooking but worry way too much when serving others; it's not fun for anyone  Severe crank on getting prep work done so opened some wine, things are looking up

Enjoy your last night Ronnie and Sue, Cheers!

Karen, wine is the solution. I'm sure as always you'll be just fine and enjoyed. Yep, Ronnie & Sue LFD and to toast you and them later. With med picked up today I can have 3 alk beverages. Now I must decide!

Yes, it always works out...except the time the power went out mid turkey   . Sorry the doc is cramping your style; as legalization is looming here, there may be options. I can't imagine I would ever smoke again, but those edibles look interesting...

Cheers to Shaggy again. Good luck Karen and feel better Ralph. I'm in with red wine and George is cooking up some lamb ribs and pilaf. There will be a few nips of Limoncello after dinner, because I have it LOL. Benji got back after I left and I heard he's doing well. Will start a separate thread on him because I don't want to bore people that are not interested. :D Go Yankees!!

We're out on the porch drinking Moscow mules, mine in a copper mug the bartender gave me at Chicken and Lobster in Arub@.

It's so dark already and it's not even 7 PM. :(

Karen, the cooking prep work will go so much better with a bottle of wine.

Cheers to R and S LFD of vacation. Hope you enjoyed it. Looking forward to pictures once you get home.

Three is better than none, Ralph! Hope you're feeling ok.

GO SOX!!!

For three people, I'd go to basics...some Green Giant frozen broccoli and cheese, maybe another veggie, Stove Top Stuffing, Mashed potatoes, gravy and have the guests bring dessert. That's just me, but for three people, I'm not going the whole nine yards. We may be hosting Thanksgiving this year.

Safe trip home Ronnie and Sue.

horrible work day, spent most of it trouble shooting the new imap configuration on the girls computers. had my head up my butt and didn't fully read the download instructions for windows 10. instead of waiting for the flash drives i ordered specifically for that (scheduled to arrive today) i figured i'd just put it on my personal external storage. guess what it does, erases everything on the drive, almost 2 years of photos gone  thank god for disk digger, looks like i'll recover them.

just gatorade, im in computer hell.......

Had linguine and white clam sauce and salad. Made a martini and will have a cabernet later. It's good to be decisive!!
