Good morning! Another beautiful day. I have my 2nd PT appt for my knee after work today. MLL, so sorry you're in so much pain and the cortisone shot hurt. I was so lucky that my shot worked almost immediately. My sister told me she had gotten cortisone in her knee and it didn't help at all. It did hurt a little when the needle was going in, but I didn't watch him stick it in my knee and clenched my teeth til he was done! Judi have you had a cortisone shot in your ankle?

Hope we hear from Shaggy or his daughter with a good update today.

Enjoy your day.

Pat, outside painting is the big project. Same colors...light and dark green, white trim. Pammy, inside is just the high ceiling in living room (while staging is here). Can't deal with more inside work right now. we have agreed to provide housing for two music students for 11 days....so there is enough confusion here right now...

Update...since everything is out of living room they are also going to paint the walls. Setar coming back at 1:30....it is a two man job....duh!

You must be getting tired of using the porta potty.

Good morning. First Thursday in many weeks I've not had to force myself to get up early. My last student completed the program/class on Tuesday so today and next week there is no reason to go in. :D

I had one in my foot years ago with no results (and extreme pain) so not in any hurry to have one in my wrist. My hairdresser had one in her shoulder in May and had a horrible reaction and ended up in the ER, which didn't convince me any further.

Hope you can get some extra pt approved Judi.
