Good morning all. Dense fog hear on the cape. Can't see 100 feet.
Our fridge died a couple of years ago hear on the cape and when we came down and opened the door it smelled like, well I do not want to describe the smell it is to early. If my fridge was 22-23 yrs old I would definetly look for another one.

Hope Everts gout gets a good treatment.
Karen, hows the hand?
Have a great day all and be well

Good morning everyone. Trying to keep cool. Another day of high heat index today. Not good for Mikes asthma. I bought him a portable nebulizer he can use in the car if he needs to.

Keeping my fingers crossed the fridge issue is easily resolved Karen...if not, get a new one (at least that has been the advice from our repair guy).

Plan B, Mom decided to get a new one and only wants to shop at 1 store that is a 1 min drive from her condo. Best decision on 2 counts

   That's awesome, Karen! Rarely do most Moms make the decisions that are easiest on us.

Good morning everyone! Sunny and hot/hot/hot here today. Debating whether I'll run up and have lunch with Mom today or not. I probably will since it's been a week since I've seen her and I know none of my siblings are around tomorrow to visit her.

Best wishes to Evert that the doctors can get his gout and the associated pain under control.
ML, I hope you're feeling a bit better every day. You as well, Shaggy.
Maryanne, I hope today is a better day for you.
Cap'n, I can help but crack up at you being up at this "zero, dark 30" hour. Five more to go - yay! :D

Have a nice day!

Good morning all, had some storms last night that seemed to dodge around us as we just got rain but did see lightening in the distance.

Maryanne, maybe it's time to remind your daughter & SIL that they are the ones who had the baby & are responsible for it's primary care. SIL shouldn't assume that you will babysit on the days you usually watch him, he should ask your opinion. Would it have made a difference if he had made the suggestion that you watch your grandson one of those 2 days days to get things done?

Must be time for appliances to die as my mum's dryer stopped working a couple weeks ago & she had a new one delivered last week. Agreed that appliances now do not last as long, they are made to quit working after a few years so you buy a new one :x

Have a great Tuesday, July 4th eve :D

Good Morning!
Should be working a full day today on my new project. I went over it with the Data administrator yesterday and he and I will work through reconciling a month today to see how it goes and if I am picking up on this system.
Kids are with Nana in Florida. We had a great night out with friends last night at a German Bier Garten, right up Ken's alley. I was the DD, I know at least the other husband is moving slowly this morning. Heading to SC for the family 4th of July picnic, the kids are sad to miss it, but having fun with Nana. Ken will shoot (pics) the Peachtree Road Race tomorrow morning for the local ABC station.
Ingrid, I hope Evert is feeling much better soon!
Karen, good luck with the fridge shopping.
ML, I hope you feel much better too!
Maryanne....I don't even know what to say about the babysitting.....wow! I can't imagine! Praying that gets resolved.
Thoughts and prayers for those in need.

Good Morning. Sunshine throughout today w/ perhaps a late afternoon T-shower which, we've been getting everyday. Thinking tomorrow boating on the Gulf w/ neighbors & kids. Perhaps a little fishing too. Seems like holidays come and go quickly and got
to make the most of them. Hope all those having issues of all kinds can find solace. Wishing all a great Tuesday!

Carolina, our GA (twin) nephews and our niece have run in this event for years (along with their friends), and my nephews are typically in some costume right at the front of the start. They are 6'4", thin, and usually hard to miss. Will Ken post photos? It would be so awesome if he captured them doing what they love. 8)

Good Morning!

Hoping this heat wave breaks soon...Well water is very low. We did get some rain yesterday a heavy storm blew through, not enough soaking to help the well.
Larry comes home tonight, :D pick him up at midnight.

Have a nice day ALL~
