We are having lobster rolls, chips, salad. Chocolate chip cookies and tapioca pudding for dessert. I have a favorite bubbly chilling! What about you??

Baked tilapia with sauteed spinach. Probably a white wine to go with.

Shrimp cocktail, lobstah, corn on the cob and a salad. I'm having a glass or two of red.

Not sure yet. We are planning to go out for dinner at Pika’s Corner for some real Aruban food. I might have my first mojito, although my cold makes that I am not feeling great (we subsequently only hang at our pool today; I made a big dent in the latest Elisabeth George mistery). I guess some paracetamol is in order.

We call it taco pasta...... Taco meat mixed into penne pasta which was already tossed w/ cream cheese and some salsa. I added green/red/yellow peppers to the meat this time w/ TJ's permission (haha). Shredded cheese goes on top. it's one of TJ's favorites, but not high on the list w/ Matthew (on a date tonight) and Mike (in Boston), so it's perfect for tonight.

Had dentist at 2:00 and was too numb to eat until 6:30 - had two Arby's pizza sliders. Now sampling the Lites to insure they are correct temperature and taste...  Cheers!
