Staying with Kathy in Wayaca. She calls it the guest house. I call it MY house. LOL.
So happy to be going in Oct/Nov this year. I missed you all last year.
BTW, got my flights on Delta for 30K points, round trip, by flying on weekdays.

Hope to try some new places. I like Ingrid's descriptions of some of the food truck food. Patacones sound really good to me. I love plantains.

Mary, you & Mike get to pick the brunch spot, since you have only 1 Sunday.

It looks like our youngest son will join us for a day or 10. He has never been to Aruba, so he is super excited. It will be fun to show him around. I guess we will create another Aruba addict!

At present, Tom & I don't have plans for a November trip.
Feels weird...but, thinking we may not make it this year.
Tom plans to build a second garage this Fall - he needs one for his Gator.
The kids are getting married in 2019, so I'm saving my $$ to help Matt & Megan.
Plus.......I am retiring on my next birthday. Lots of changes around here.

Sounds like the changes are all good Patti, and that makes me happy. Miss you - would love to hear about all of the wedding plans.

Linda & Ann...wedding details: Megan was just saying today that if she had her dress, they
could get married this October and not wait until October 2019. She is a let's get things
done, take charge kind of girl. :) She plans to start shopping for dress at the end of the summer -
and she includes me in everything, so I get to go, too. :D She wants a very traditional dress and
loves lace, so we'll see what she ends up with. She is petite - just under 5', so is open to trying
on different styles to see what works for her.

They have booked their wedding venue, booked a DJ (who is also an ordained Minister and will
marry them in outdoor ceremony, weather permitting), booked a Florist and chosen flowers
(concentration being white roses & baby's breath - although her bouquet will also have some
pale pink roses), booked a Photographer, and together she and I have come up with centerpieces
for reception tables. I will also get to decorate their wedding arch. Their wedding will be charming
with some rustic elements while keeping it formal. Her bridesmaid's will wear champagne - so we will use
gold & light gold w/white & cream for colors. Guys will wear black tuxes. (Hubby Tom will be
Matt's best man).

We are excited for them and enjoying the planning process. They're thinking about where to
travel for honeymoon. 8)

Wow Patti. You finally will get a daughter. I'm so happy she's including you on everything.
We'll be on island for 3 Nov to 22 Nov
Staying at LaQuinta and can't wait to see all of you again. Two years is a long time. I'm up for any type of get together so IM me or messenger me from FB if you can. Seriously cannot wait.
