Homemade soup! Will make cornbread to go with it if requested  . Likely will have white while I sit on porch and read while soup simmers!

We're having some fish in a sauce of chopped zucchini, onions, tomato sauce and spices. Not glamorous, but tasty. Nothing alcoholic tonight...milk with dinner (cow for me, almond for her). Planning on a cup of hot, calming tea at some point this evening.

Sipped some Chardonnay waiting for dinner. Had a Publix maple & bourbon whole rotisserie chicken. Made a side which is
Progresso lentil soup, ditilini pasta, chopped onion & celery. Butterbeans side too. Thinking rum & Coke later.

I made a wicked thick rib eye steak and broccoli and cheese tater tots. Of course, it was chased down with Pinto Grigio. Little grandson will be 6 months old next week, he is not interested in sitting up. He would rather stand up. Can someone give me some tips on how to slow this kid down? I do not think that a brick in his diaper will cut it.

In with a Bud and having pork chops, baked potato & apple sauce later, feeling a little bit bad for having to throw someone under the bus today. Long story short, this email went out to about 8 big bosses him claiming he never got my email, I save my sent emails and when they receive them and what time. I am so getting tired of this crap.

I wanted to make flank steak with chimmichurri sauce but they did not have any flank steaks....I found some Filets marked way down, cheaper than the skirt steak, so Filets with chimichurri sauce and roasted tiny colorful potatoes with rosemary and garlic. The time for grilling is here! Cheers!

Cheers, y'all!

We trizzed tonight. Chicken parm for Mike and chicken with a basil sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes for me. I had two glasses of Malbec and Mike had beer.
