Early at your side of the pond, but after 6 pm here. In with a pinot grigio while sitting in my garden. Did nothing today except 2 loads of wash. About to start cooking in a minute or 10. White asparagus a la flamande: with boiled eggs, ham and buttersauce. Might have a glass or two of limoncello after dinner. Cheers to you all.

Have fun bar hopping Donna and Judi!

New Trek bike will be here next Saturday. They didn't have one that fit my 5'5" size. Black with blue lettering. I've got my work clothes on now...gotta get the old bike rideable for one more week. Then I have some weeds to pull. Supper will be whatever the free food at the graduation party is later this afternoon. :D

Cheers ladies! Congrats Tara, nice colour choice. Just finished mowing the hill. If I want to save myself for golf and paddling, I need to find a lawn boy for the front hill; I give up, it's too hard on my knees, wrists, neck... I just poured a glass of wine, enjoying the sun, have my book and waiting for the hummingbirds to show up. Buddy's waiting for his squirrel...

Just having tea right now. Will be make sea bass with salad for dinner later.
Also cooking my first rhubarb of the season, the plant is one we got from Johns dads garden before they let took it back to grass as he was no longer able to manage a garden. Now we call it Dadbarb :D :D & is growing really well as it get a nice pile of chicken poop every fall & spring. (What do you put on your rhubarb? Chicken poop. Wow, I put ice-cream on mine   )

Had a good morning at Habitat, won't need a workout!
Dipped some PB sandwiches & letting them set up in the fridge.

Cheers! Just finished a Corona. We were about to go to my in-laws when I happened to see her buzz by in her car. We waited and she was back an hour later. About 10 minutes later we are ready to head down and both of them go buzzing by.

We’ll be having donovers tonight. Roast pork and mashed potatoes. We will be cheering the fact that I finally ordered a new 2 in 1 Dell laptop after limping along with my old one for the last three years.

I'm in with a New Belgium Fat Tire. Salute!

Dinner will be a boneless ribeye, scallops, and some sides from the prepared foods bars at Whole Foods...Mexican corn salad, wine braised cabbage and some veggies(asparagus, yellow zucchini and carrots).

Pat were your in-laws expecting you or were you just planning to stop by?
