Yard work continues followed by a drink on my chair in the sun reading a book. Pre-made strawberry spinach salad for supper. Do you think store-made salads are any safer than bagged salads? :?

Only if they’re good handwashers. I’m making Skinnytaste Buffalo wings, George is making bulghar pilaf and will heat some corn on the cob. Some red wine. Will see how the deck in the trees is today.

The lady in the chopping area had on gloves, how annoying would that be; now did she wash the spinach and strawberries :? Or probably rather did the kid on the weekend shift  So far so good  I love salad but hate all the prep work. I need to get my greens garden going.

In with a Lager. Late lunch so snacks tonight: cool ranch Doritos and jellybeans for me, cheese for the companion. May be more than two again tonight, celebration of sorts. :D

Raising my glass to Evert's birthday!

And to a new home wherever it is! :D

Cheers!

Cheers just water for me tonight. We had a steak, mashed potatoes and salad for supper. Mike is watching the basketball game while I’m reading. He just said one player couldn’t even hit the ocean - guess he missed a basket. Lots more colorful commentary too.  Glad you’re using a smile face Shaggy. Is it a done deal?

The deal on more than two lagers? :D It's a pretty sure deal. Usual language on inspections, will be some side deals on carpet replacement in the master bedroom and sale of stuff in the home theater and yard implements. Also giving them funds to take care of the remaining barn cats. Funny that the cats came in to play!

But no contingencies for appraisal or loans. Cash deal. How cool is that!

More lager he cried!

Cheers!
