We have a bottom round roast going in the pressure cooker later along with mashed potato's, gravy and corn on the cob. :D Cannot beat a roast in a pressure cooker! 3# 1-1/2 to 2 hours and cut it with a fork :D

I let somebody else do my cooking. Not sure what I will order tonight, bit I am convinced that it will be good. My diet is out of the window these few days. I will be a good girl again starting Tuesday.
