It's days like this up North that makes me giggle just a little bit. This retirement thing rocks! We paid our dues, many many years of sno@storms to shovel. Now, we are literally shoveling sand. Lots of it.
Shaggy, you got this.

Bite me MaryAnn!

Go Shags!

Good morning. Think I may make it through another day.

Is there anything we can do to bring some sunshine and smiles back to your life?

No precipitation here yet. Hopefully it will just be rain. Cat house duty - four went home over the weekend, so that four less mouths to feed, poop to scoop and cages to clean. Have a good day all.

Good morning! Only 9F/-12c but no weather coming our way. It supposed to actually get above freezing today and tomorrow. Work today and tomorrow, then off until Tuesday. I had a molar bothering me and left work early to go to the dentist. He pulled both molars so I had a different sort of evening last night...still nursing that a bit this morning.

morning, luckily it looks like we'll just get rain.

bear was awful last night, we were up every half hour. finally threw his ass out at 3:30. kenny went down at 5:30 and a little while later bear came in the room screaming. this is a first, if kenny's up he usually leaves me alone. maybe he knows we have a little trip planned next month. needless to say we both look like the walking dead today.

shag, hoping every day is better than the last

have a good one all

Good Morning!
It is pouring here in the ATL. Lucy heard the thunder around 5 and decided to hunker down in between me and Ken at the top of the bed. In my carpool, the smallest kid plays the upright bass and it is comical to see him try to get in and out of my car, he also has his backpack, his binders, his lunch....he is a mess! But the rain just takes it up a notch. I get the other 3 I take to help him out but it is still hysterical. Ian is home sick, got him out early yesterday. I hope it is not the flu, just a bad cold. Had a great WW weigh in .....down 20# since Jan 2! Have some work to get done today and Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University (class Ken and I are taking for 9 wks) tonight. Have a great day.
So glad to see Shaggy is alive and getting better each day

20 pounds in a month, Carolina! WOW!!!!!

Good Morning everyone. Like Carolina said, it's raining like crazy here, which is wonderful..... Our lake needs the rain. Buyers think it's much prettier! Depending on the lake level, we consider ourselves either the first house out of the cove or the first house in the cove! Across from our land is a little point of land that is somewhat shallow, so the lower the lake, the more of that land shows.

We're dealing with a little tough love here at home - and I'm the one dealing with most of it. Before Matthew got his car for Christmas (bday, graduation), something had snapped off the window of his "POS." Mike told him to get it fixed. He procrastinated and procrastinated. Finally, Mike told him last week that if he didn't have it fixed by the time he got back, then he'd be driving the POS til it was fixed, and the nice car would sit. Well, he did get it ordered, but it hadn't come in yet, so we made him start driving POS. It came in Monday afternoon, and he tried his best to fix it on his own yesterday. Claimed it was and backed it into it's spot to die. I went out and looked. NOPE! Not fixed correctly! He'll be driving POS today!

Church stuff tonight.

Have a good one.

Good morning :D We started with sn@w, switched to freezing rain & I think we are back to sn@w for a few more hours :? Working out of the closest branch, drive wasn't too bad.

Shaggy great to see you, don't let a set back get you down, you need to give yourself time to get back to full strength.

Carolina, 20#  amazing!! I think you need to lead a WW group here, I would love to lose 20#
Ouch Tara, hope you are able to eat okay & your mouth isn't too sore.

Be safe anyone driving in crazy weather.

Good Morning!!! We were out of the house early this morning to go out for breakfast. The plan was to beat the bad weather. We succeeded!!! It just started snowing and should continue for a few hours before it warms up a little and turns to rain.
Thoughts and prayers for those in need.
Have a happy hump day everyone!!!

Good Morning!

The threat of sn*w brought in Mike Siedel, it is a sn*w bust, yes everything is shut down, no where near the foot plus they forecasted. School kids are happy, school kids parents not so.
Good to see you again today Shaggy!

Have a nice day ALL~

Good almost still morning! Rain still coming down, had almost 2 inches Sun nite/Mon, and 1.8 inches thus far today. Woke at 6:45 to tornado warning, but it was 8 or 10 miles North, so I went back to sleep. Lots of close thunder boomers.
