Well, the market is diving  I'm having some red wine and making a pot roast with mashed potatoes. What's happening at your house tonight?

I had some done over Paella while I watched the news....

Science News from Research Organizations
Low levels of alcohol good for the brain, study shows
Date: February 2, 2018
Source: University of Rochester Medical Center
Summary: While a couple of glasses of wine can help clear the mind after a busy day, new research shows that it may actually help clean the mind as well. The new study shows that low levels of alcohol consumption tamp down inflammation and helps the brain clear away toxins, including those associated with Alzheimer's disease.

Cheers everyone! Picked up our winnings and had a couple of beers. We are heating up some leftover pizza and wings. Karen, not sure I qualify for low levels.

After gloomy morning, sunny...but sort of Florida cool all day.

Added some chardonnay to the time around the meal.

Your definitions of "low level" may vary........

Not to mentioned 1st Timothy 5:23, my favorite Bible verse.

Cheers! In with Lite and fed well with Elaine's goulash!

Guaranteed I'll have low level when I start the day Feb 14

I'm thinking they are just reaffirming previously set guidelines.

Linda: "Is it OK to drink my weekly
limit on the weekend? No.The weekly limits are designed to be just that –
a weekly limit, not a daily or weekend limit."

Guess instead of abstaining I need to 'practice' limits
Of course these are Canadian guidelines and do not apply on vacation out of country
