I'm having pulled pork. I've had a pork butt with my rub on it in the fridge since last night. I'll put it in the oven uncovered around noon for about 6 hours. Instead of the bbq sauce that usually goes w/pulled pork, I'm making homemade buffalo sauce. I'm also making homemade blue cheese dressing. Beans, Scoops/salsa and pepper jack Doritos(not actually Doritos...Walmart's version of Doritos) on the side.

I'm making a hot taco dip, turkey bites appetizers, wings, mini meatball subs. We have cheese and crackers plus chips & dip if needed. We have friends coming over around 3:30.

We are headed to friends later. I'm bringing chocolate covered strawberries like footballs and my football crock pot of meat balls.

Kelly, your menu sounds delicious. Like everything you eat!

We're having taco boats with either spicy turkey or hamburg, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc. I'm making my homemade guacamole. I'm also trying something different; on the idea of potato skins or nachos. It's waffle fries baked in the oven, then melt cheese on them with green chiles, crumbled bacon, green onions. Then dip bites in sour cream or salsa. For dessert I'm making popcorn drizzled with dark chocolate and add-ins of m&ms, baby nonpareils, peanuts. I even bought a bag of small red fish to mix in!

I'm already full just thinking about all of this food! Almost forgot, fridge is stocked with various Sam Adams and Angry Orchards.

Partial eats: White bean chili, mini chicken skewers, Lebanon bologna wedges, cheeses: cheddar, Havarti, habanero jack.
Potato chips, Cheetos corn puffs. Perhaps a few additional onhand snacks. All eaten in moderation. Yeah Right!

I'll be making stuffed pork chops with homemade stuffing. Potatoes and carrots with a mushroom gravy. Fresh broccoli and a salad.
