Tried a new chicken recipe today, which turned out pretty good. What are you having tonight?

We trizzed.......hitting our favorite spots now that we are free to go out again. Mike got a brunch burger (bacon and egg on it). I had the rib special - full rack for $13.99 on Thursday. They were hanging off the plate and enough left for both of us just need to add sides.

We just finished swordfish on the grill (even though the rain has started a little) and broccolini sauteed in olive oil.

I picked up one of the guac burgers at Mickey D's this afternoon. About to nuke a little Celeste pizza. I'm feeling Italian....

I made pulled pork in the crock pot, started it yesterday, also had baked beans and cole slaw.
Grandson Josh and our DIL ate with us. Sent her home with food for Jarret and son Steve.

Matthew is prepping to start smoking 6 Boston Butts for pulled pork overnight. He doesn't have class tomorrow, and since we're leaving mid-late afternoon, he has to have them finished, pulled, and delivered (and cleaned up!) around lunch time.
