I"ll give you $50,000 cdn  upfront with no ties to ownership. In return I get to visit 4 wks/year for 20 years (or 5 weeks for 15 years), weeks to be determined at the beginning of every year. I can be flexible to accommodate other guests  I get my own bedroom AND bathroom. I'll do my own housekeeping in my area and /help out with general cooking and cleaning.

It does look lovely and the price is not too bad either! Wow, stinks so close to the refinery.

It's nice but after Sandy, the first thing I would worry about is flooding.

I think this house is up high on the road that overlooks the beach and water from the looks of it...Ingrid would know. It does look lovely! Make a trip down and have a look...! And of course...don't offer full price!

If you enter Seroe Colorado, it is to the right towards the refinery. It is between Rogers Beach and the refinery and yes, it is high on the road. Hence the steps to go down to the water. And both neigbouring houses are right next to you on either side. One side, the house looked nice and well kept, the other side not so much.

Oh dear, that looks very inviting. Kitchen needs more windows.......but I could live there.

That house has "Buy me Ronnie" written all over it! I think I could get used to walking out by the pool every morning with my coffee :D
...and with my Balashi every afternoon and evening 8)

You need to find the one that says "Buy me Sue" written all over it
