Good to hear Shaggy. After my brother's stroke I started trying to use my less dominant hand for simple tasks to try and become ambidextrous but let it slip. You never know...not a bad thing to try and master, I think I need to start again. I think I told you he used to be left handed but is now right handed with limited use of his left hand.

Great admiration for your brother! As frustrating as it is not having good use of left arm and hand, it would be killer if that were my dominant side! I should keep that perspective!

Yep, Karen, never around anyone that used 'the girls' for that description.
I know I've heard it, but that reference passed right on by.

I guess it was subliminal typing

I'm sure it's easy to lose perspective Shaggy going through your every day challenges. Any stories I may relay are only meant to encourage and not make 'your story' any less horrific. Hang in there!

Fun thread to read.
I was by myself, so had some left over beef stew while filling out realtor paperwork and watching the game. I stayed in it til 1/2 time, but then started dozing off - and full on fell asleep. Oh well - sounds GA played a good game. Thanks for rooting for us!

I too am a port-sided southpaw. For years now, as I eat with my left hand, I've been doing my crosswords with my right. I've also always been a right-handed shooter. As I get older my left hand has become "shakier" than my right.

My father did every with his left hand but wrote with his right hand because that's what the nuns wanted him to do!

That and a good albi is the makings for a perfect crime  Those bullet trajectory paths get them every time.

Get nothing encouragement from your comments, Karen. It's helpful to know that things could return to some level of normalcy!
