Matthew smoked ribs to take to grandma's. I saw a mac/cheese at her house and taco soup - who knows what else.

Mid afternoon I went to McDonalds. I certainly understand the employees desire for a higher wage. I'd have trouble agreeing this afternoon though. I did the 7 mile round trip, ordering a double Filet o Fish and an Artisan crispy chicken Sweet BBQ bacon sandwich. On walking into our kitchen, after I arrived home, I found an order of chicken fingers and large fries in the bag. So off I went again, ask for manager, she said, sorry, here is your order. I said no, I want it fresh. So I waited I asked for my money back, but all she offered was a couple of the little pie things. I said no. She said "Sorry" and I replied "You should be." and added that I WILL be doing the survey. The 2 sandwiches were $10.57.

The sandwiches were tasty.

Now for "supper" I have thawed 4 slices of "All Italian" bread for grilled Swiss Cheese sammiches with some Wolfgang Puck tomato bisque soup on the side.

We had a late lunch so not very hungry yet. I made a pot of stuffed pepper soup yesterday so that will be dinner if anything.

We had rib eye steak with corn and cauliflower with sweet potato tots. And perhaps there was a glass or two of Pinot Grigio.

Made my own supper: turkey and Swiss panini, tomato bisque soup, apple slices.

No barley pop, tho. Awa. :(

Ended up going to a local theater with the Smith's to see a parody of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane then went out to eat at Amity Ales where I had a burger and fries with two Blue Point Lagers.

Nope! But thought about buying the copper mugs that seem to be associated with that drink (as a Christmas gift). They look cool!

Dinner: We had some ravioli from a package (Aldi's). I think Sandy said they were quinoa and spinach stuffing. Unorthodox, but they tasted very good with some prepared sauce. We also had half an acorn squash per person.

I took one of my girlfriends out to celebrate her birthday. We had sliders and potato skins for supper. Those sliders are on hawaiian buns. They tasted so good.
