Good morning! Back to work and the same freezing temps here. I hope these next couple months go fast.

Do you have a retirement date set yet, Tara?

morning, guess the exhaustion of the holidays finally hit my body yesterday. fell asleep on the couch at 8, woke up and went to bed at 9, tossed and turned quite a bit and finally got out of bed at 7:30 this morning. if i didn't have to work i think i would have stayed in bed. yawning as i type

upstairs pipes defrosted yesterday and we don't see any leaks so we lucked out. will be dripping them until the weather warms up.

safe trip ingrid, stay warm everyone.

Good Morning!!! My back porch thermometer bottomed out at 3°F overnight... it's up to 8°F now. At least the sun is shining so that's a good thing. Today we are going to watch the gkids while our daughter gets some errands done. We will probably hit Costco on the way home for some stuff that we are running low on.
Thoughts and prayers for those in need.
Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!

Good morning. Balmy 5°, temps go back down later in the week. Windy too, so pretty dangerous for the kids at bus stops.

Appointment today and have to get Cully's food from Tractor Supply. Will also place a grocery order for delivery. Delivery is a bit pricey, but is a much better alternative than me trying to maneuver thru a store.

Have a great day!

Wish I lived closer so I could help you out. We're making a Costco run today. Back in my working days I dreaded going back to work after the holidays. At least we had MLK Day off to break up the month of January.

Well, I think the cold is finally getting to me. I just looked out my back window and thought I saw a Woolly Mammoth in the woods.
